Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Communications Manager to join a critical project with one of the largest consulting and advisory firms in the world. This individual will support the planning and execution of product and initiative rollouts while providing strategic communications direction to internal teams and end users. The role will partner closely with product leadership and project teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned to project goals throughout the full lifecycle. The Project Communications Manager will act as a key liaison between leadership, cross‑functional teams, and users to drive engagement, adoption, and change readiness.
Lead development and execution of comprehensive communication and rollout plans for product initiatives
Drive product marketing and user‑focused messaging to support adoption and change management efforts
Align communication strategies with overall project goals and stakeholder expectations
Coordinate cross‑functional communications across project, product, and leadership teams
Develop and manage user communications across multiple channels (email, presentations, updates, etc.)
Guide teams on communication best practices, messaging standards, and timing
Ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and prepared for upcoming changes and releases
Support leadership with strategic messaging and communication planning
Act as the primary communications point of contact for project‑related initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Project communications.
Demonstrated experience in project communications, internal communications, or change communications
Experience developing and executing communication and rollout plans
Experience partnering with product or project leadership teams leading stakeholder communications and cross‑functional coordination
Experience supporting change management or product adoption initiatives
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in SaaS/Technology - Prefer leading edge technology company experience
Experience w/ Jira and Confluence
Customer‑facing or client‑facing communications experience
