Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an End User Support professional to join the team with one of our leading global investment firms located in Menlo Park, California. This person will provide white‑glove technical support for a 100–200 user office in Menlo Park, while also supporting additional locations via phone-based tickets.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1–3 end user support for Windows-based environments
Troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware, Windows OS, applications, networking, and peripherals
Serve as one of the primary onsite support resources for the Menlo Park office
Handle inbound tickets and phone support for users across other global offices
Partner closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve complex issues
Deliver high-touch support to investment professionals in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of hands-on end user / desktop support experience
Strong Windows troubleshooting skills (L1–L3)
Experience supporting senior executives and front-office users
Private equity, hedge fund, investment management, or equivalent financial services experience required
Comfortable working in a fully onsite, high-visibility role
