Job Description
The Finance Systems Analyst serves as the primary Finance technology partner for Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and related stakeholders during a maternity leave coverage period. This consultant‑style role ensures continuity of Finance systems operations, delivery of system enhancements, and stable execution of business‑critical processes.
The environment includes an established Finance systems landscape, with Sage Intacct as the primary ERP. The engagement is highly hands‑on and execution‑focused, suited for someone comfortable operating independently, ramping quickly, and owning Finance system workstreams with minimal oversight.
A structured knowledge‑transfer handoff will occur prior to the start of the engagement, with a planned transition back to the incumbent at the conclusion of the coverage period.

Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated hands‑on experience administering or supporting Sage Intacct in a production environment
Experience supporting core ERP Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue, Budgeting)
Proven ability to operate independently in a sole‑owner or team‑of‑one model
Strong stakeholder partnership skills with the ability to translate Finance needs into technical execution
Comfortable operating in a consultative, delivery‑focused engagement model
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Finance systems support in a high‑growth or SaaS environment
Exposure to Finance tools such as Concur, Vena, or other expense and planning platforms
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
Direct involvement supporting month‑end and quarter‑end close from a systems perspective
Prior experience in temporary, contract, or coverage‑based engagements
Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
