Job Description

We’re seeking a CMM Programmer to support precision inspection in a high‑tech manufacturing environment, ensuring all components meet engineering and production quality standards. This role performs complex inspections on CNC‑machined, 3D‑printed, electro‑mechanical, and assembled parts using hand measurement tools and CMM equipment. You’ll also work cross‑functionally with engineering and production to document non‑conformances, improve inspection processes, and uphold a strong built‑in quality mindset.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in a quality manufacturing environment.
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) experience.
Ability to operate a Zeiss CMM using (Calypso Software)
High level of experience using hand measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, feeler gauges, pine gauges, thread gauges, surface roughness measurement, etc.
Experience in using measurement instruments like comparators.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Working proficiency with DFMEA, PFMEA methodologies and Fault Tree Analysis.
Pareto analysis, root cause and corrective action experience.
Inspection experience with aerospace propulsion components & assemblies.
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
