Description
We are looking for a proactive Recruiting Coordinator based in Mexico to join our global Recruiting Operations team. This isn’t just a high-volume scheduling role; we are looking for a process-oriented professional who can act as a partner to our recruiters and business leaders. You will manage the logistics of the interview life cycle while identifying opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.
The ideal candidate will be a "proactive architect" of the coordination process, comfortable navigating a hyper-growth environment and partnering with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Process & Ops Support: Drive efficiency by focusing on automations and improving existing workflows; this is a process-heavy role rather than purely transactional.
• High-Volume Coordination: Manage 200–300 interviews per month across North America and Mexico, supporting multiple recruiting zones.
• Recruitment Partnership: Support 5–7 recruiters and interface with ~10 business partners, providing clear updates and logistical management.
• ATS & Tool Management: Utilize Greenhouse, Slack, Zoom, and Guide (AI Interviewing School) to maintain candidate status and compile interview packets.
• Lifecycle Administration: Assist with job postings, candidate tracking within the ATS, and coordinating with payroll for the employee referral system.
Cultural Alignment: Champion and embed core cultural principles (Customer Success, Growth Mindset, etc.) as we scale globally.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves & Qualifications
• Experience: Prior experience as an HR or Recruiting Coordinator. We value proficiency—must have at least 6 months of dedicated scheduling and calendar management experience.
• Startup Mindset: Proven experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment; ability to embrace change and handle ambiguity with a great attitude.
• English Fluency: Professional-level English fluency(written and verbal) is required to communicate with US-based team members and leaders.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and provide direct support to business partners.
• Education/Admin: Experience providing administrative support for manager or executive-level individuals.
• Tool Proficiency: Deep experience with Greenhouse
• Communication: Exceptional attention to detail and professional reading/writing skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications (Plusses)
• Tool Proficiency: Deep experience with Guide (AI).
Automation Focus: A strong interest or track record in building efficient, automated processes for team use.
