Job Description
Our client, a global leader in industrial engineering and manufacturing technology, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to serve as a technical leader supporting software systems that control and interact with physical machinery. This role operates in a hybrid capacity, balancing hands-on development with architectural input and technical guidance. The engineer will lead feature development efforts, contribute to system design, and provide mentorship through code reviews and technical direction, while continuing to actively develop software. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on real-world systems where software directly impacts physical equipment and operations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and desktop application development
- Experience working with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
- Experience leading technical design and guiding development efforts
- Ability to contribute both hands-on (coding) and at the architectural level
- Experience performing code reviews and mentoring developers
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Exposure to machine interface, control systems, or hardware-integrated applications
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-driven environments
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
