Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a senior Marketing Technology / Growth Attribution expert to evolve and optimize our client's performance marketing and conversion tracking ecosystem across a complex, multi-platform subscription business. This role will partner closely with growth, product, and engineering teams to improve how we track, measure, and optimize the end-to-end user journey across web, mobile, and connected devices. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in attribution strategy, conversion tracking, and cross-device user behavior—and can help shape a more unified and scalable measurement approach.
This is a highly impactful role focused on solving real business challenges around fragmented attribution, signal quality, and subscription conversion performance.

• Lead the strategy and execution of conversion tracking and attribution across a multi-device ecosystem (web, mobile apps, and connected TV platforms)
• Design and improve event tracking architecture, including server-side event flows and conversion signals across the full acquisition funnel (trial start, subscription, retention)
• Evaluate and optimize cross-device user journey tracking, ensuring visibility from initial engagement through subscription and beyond
• Partner with growth and product teams to identify key conversion drivers, trial behaviors, and predictive signals that inform marketing optimization
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies in current attribution models and propose scalable solutions to unify measurement across channels
• Collaborate cross-functionally to break down channel silos and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with consistent performance signals
- Provide thought leadership and challenge existing approaches to improve signal accuracy, attribution logic, and overall conversion performance


This is a contracted role and will be fully remote

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience as Martech or growth engineer
- Background in growth, acquisition, performance marketing, or growth-focused product management
- Experience working in B2C subscription-based businesses (e.g., consumer platforms like Peloton, HelloFresh, or similar)
- Event tracking frameworks and attribution systems (client-side + server-side)
- Experience working with or designing conversion APIs, server-side tracking, and first-party data pipelines
- Ability to translate business questions into measurement strategies and technical tracking requirements
- Comfortable working across a multi-platform ecosystem (web, mobile apps, connected devices)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- experience working for a streaming platform (Hulu, Netflix, etc..)
