Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an Account Manager, Commercial HVAC Service & Solutions to support a large HVAC manufacturing client based in Hayward, CA, offering a full‑time, permanent, hybrid role with frequent local customer travel. This consultative sales position owns a defined territory, selling HVAC service agreements, preventative maintenance, controls, and building automation solutions, with competitive compensation ($90K–$140K+ base plus incentives) and strong benefits including a company vehicle and long‑term career growth.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
6+ years of B2B sales experience
Experience selling commercial HVAC service, maintenance, or solutions
Prior experience in HVAC controls
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel daily within the territory

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

OEM or HVAC manufacturer experience
Experience selling energy solutions, controls, or building automation systems (BAS)
Technical or field service HVAC background
