Role Summary
The Technical Product Manager, MarTech owns the development, integration, and ongoing stability of core marketing technology platforms. This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable capabilities across customer engagement, attribution, analytics, and data platforms, while ensuring compliance, performance, and alignment with business objectives. The role partners closely with engineering, product, and business teams to translate marketing needs into reliable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage core marketing technology platform capabilities and integrations
Design, build, and test new features, channels, and technical solutions
Support activation of first‑party data across multiple marketing and engagement channels
Define and document technical requirements for custom initiatives
Build audience definitions, triggers, exports, and data flows across systems
Proactively troubleshoot issues and manage bug resolution
Contribute code and conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability
Produce clear technical and business‑facing documentation
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions
Technical Qualifications
Strong understanding of marketing technology architecture, including engagement, attribution, analytics, and data platforms
Hands‑on experience developing and troubleshooting within customer engagement, customer data, and mobile measurement platforms
Experience working with marketing SDKs and system integrations using structured data formats (e.g., JSON)
Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used for backend or front‑end development
Experience building custom messaging templates for email, in‑app, or web experiences
Familiarity with data warehouses and cloud‑based data storage solutions

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of development or solutions delivery experience; consulting experience a plus
Experience working directly with product managers and business stakeholders on scoping, sequencing, and dependency management
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations
Experience leveraging data science, automation, or AI‑driven outputs within marketing solutions
Results‑oriented, self‑directed, and able to drive work to completion in fast‑moving environments
