Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager for a leading provider of complex composites, assemblies, and tooling in the aerospace industry. This is a direct hire role, onsite in San Diego, working a 9/80 schedule. Responsibilities include:
• Lead assigned aerospace programs through the full lifecycle, ensuring objectives for quality, schedule, cost, and performance are met
• Develop and manage detailed program plans, including budgets, resource allocation, schedules, and communication plans
• Own program financials, including P&L responsibility, forecasting, and ROI analysis
• Serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales teams to execute program deliverables.
• Consolidate customer and product requirements into clear internal and external documentation.
• Identify and support program growth opportunities, including program expansion, roadmap development, and new business pursuits.

Required Skills & Experience
BA Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
4+ years of program management experience within the aerospace industry
Proven experience managing 3-5 programs, ranging from $500k to $50M, including new product development and ongoing production programs
Strong understanding of program life, cycle management, including cost, schedule, risk, quality, and P&L
Demonstrated experience developing program plans, budgets, forecasts, and ROI
Strong experience interacting with clients
