Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead an enterprise-wide initiative applying Machine Learning (ML) to extract and structure data from historical title “starter” documents (prior title policies, final title reports, and back title records). These documents are distributed across multiple systems, repositories, and geographic locations.
This role will own the end-to-end program delivery, partnering closely with technology, data, and title operations teams to improve title search efficiency, reduce examination time, enhance data quality, and support long-term operational scalability.
This is a high-visibility role requiring strong program leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with and influence senior and executive-level stakeholders to drive momentum and results.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager leading complex, enterprise initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive delivery through influence, coordination, and strong communication—not just task execution.
• Exceptional executive-facing communication skills, including the ability to present clearly to senior leadership and facilitate decision-making.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional programs spanning technology and business teams.
• Strong organizational, risk-management, and execution capabilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in title insurance, escrow, real estate, mortgage, legal, or financial services environments.
• Familiarity with title search or starter/back-title concepts.
• Exposure to ML, OCR, IDP, or document-processing initiatives (hands-on not required).
• Experience working in enterprises with both legacy and modern systems.
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
