Digital Asset Coordinator

Insight Global is looking for a Digital Asset Coordinator to support efforts within one of our largest retail clients headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon. You will be part of the ICON Studios team and support multiple asset production workstreams, with a primary focus on the Fanatics workstream and Converse. The individual will work within Fanatics’ DAM environment, supporting increased automation efforts by filtering, validating, and confirming incoming assets, selecting final files, and pushing approved assets forward. With Converse, you'll manage a high volume of assets across thousands of SKUs. A core responsibility of the role is asset coordination, with a strong focus on metadata accuracy and technical validation. The individual ensures assets meet required standards before progressing through the system and supports ongoing asset movement and organization. Video delivery may become part of the role in the future, including managing and moving video assets through established workflows. This position is highly technical and detail‑oriented, working closely with systems, tools, and processes to ensure asset accuracy, consistency, and efficiency at scale.

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a technical, asset‑focused role
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop actions and scripts
- Ability to build Photoshop actions to automate file sizing and repetitive tasks
- Experience handling high‑volume asset workflows
- Experience with Airtable (ideally) or other project management tools
- Experience using Frame.io
- Strong attention to detail with a technical mindset

- Experience with Orange Logic
