Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting in underwriting decision‑making for residential title files
• Reviewing title searches, commitments, and related documentation to identify risk
• Providing guidance on title defects such as liens, easements, encroachments, and vesting issues
• Acting as a trusted advisor to Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Escrow Officers, attorneys, and internal teams
• Communicating underwriting decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Supporting Escrow Officers and internal teams with escalated or complex title matters
• Ensuring underwriting guidance aligns with company standards, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements
• Participating in client calls, meetings, and on‑site collaboration as needed
• Contributing to knowledge sharing, best practices, and process improvements across the team
Position supports future growth into senior advisory or management roles
