Job Description
This role supports a strategic digital initiative to build a third platform for Thermo Fisher focused on AI-driven customer experience. The platform will enable customers to ask questions and dynamically pull information from existing Thermo Fisher digital properties. The goal is to centralize insights from current sites, surface relevant data through AI, and guide users back into the traditional digital funnel. The Web Developer will support the analytics and tracking needs across this platform, ensuring proper front-end tagging, accurate data capture, and visibility into customer behavior as users interact with AI-driven experiences.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in web analytics or related analytics-focused roles
-Strong experience with Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or GA4)
-explore data, create custom reports and visualizations, apply segments and metrics, and move confidently through the interface to answer business questions and share insights.
- Tag management (Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager)
- centrally manage, deploy, and control analytics,
marketing, and advertising tags on websites and
apps
- Experience supporting high-volume, enterprise-scale websites (~30M visits)
- Experience with event tracking & implementation (conversions, funnels)
- Experience building reports and dashboards within analytics tools (Power BI preferred, Tableau, Looker Studio)
- SQL experience (Excel/Google Sheets)
-Pull queries from large data sets and analyze it
- Digital marketing analytics experience (SEO, SEM, campaign tracking, attribution)
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree
