Job Description

OVERVIEW
As a Digital Product Manager Executive, you will be a senior leader driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Alo's digital product portfolio — spanning ecommerce, mobile apps, omnichannel retail experiences, and emerging platforms. You will sit at the intersection of technology, design, business strategy, and customer experience, translating Alo's studio-to-street brand vision into world-class digital products. This is a highly cross-functional, high-visibility role for someone who thrives as a change agent in a fast-paced, trend-driven DTC environment. You'll partner closely with Engineering, UX/Design, Data & AI, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to scale our digital presence and deepen customer loyalty globally

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own and drive the end-to-end digital product roadmap across Alo's ecommerce platform, mobile apps (Alo Moves, Alo Yoga app), and emerging tech experiences (spatial computing, social commerce)
• Define a clear product vision aligned with Alo's business goals, brand identity, and customer experience standards
• Leverage customer data, market trends, and competitive insights to identify and prioritize high-impact product opportunities
• Lead cross-functional squads through full product lifecycle — discovery, requirements, development, QA, launch, and iteration
• Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria; champion MVP-first thinking and rapid time-to-market
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks across projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Partner with Alo's Data Analytics, Data Science & AI teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and leverage AI-powered insights to drive product performance
• Champion A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and continuous optimization across digital touchpoints
• Utilize tools like invent.ai and other AI platforms to drive inventory, personalization, and customer lifecycle improvements
• Serve as the executive voice of the product — articulate complex proposals, risks, and product vision to C-suite and senior stakeholders with clarity and conviction
• Align and influence cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Marketing, CRM, International, and Finance
• Manage external vendors, agency partners, and technology providers to ensure alignment with product goals and Alo's brand standards
• Drive cohesive omnichannel digital experiences that connect Alo's ecommerce, in-store, app, and content platforms
• Partner with the International Digital team to localize and scale digital products across Alo's global markets
• Support SMS, CRM, loyalty, and social commerce initiatives that deepen customer acquisition and retention

Required Skills & Experience

Required
• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior or executive-level role
• Deep expertise in DTC ecommerce, mobile app development, and digital customer experience
• Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products in a high-growth environment
• Strong command of agile/scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and product delivery frameworks
• Proficiency in data analysis and comfort working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills — able to align and inspire at all levels of the organization

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in retail, fashion, wellness, or luxury consumer brands
• Familiarity with AI-driven personalization, inventory optimization, or recommendation engines
• Exposure to emerging commerce technologies such as spatial computing, social commerce (TikTok Shop, Instagram), or subscription platforms
• Experience managing global digital products across multiple markets and languages
• Knowledge of SMS/CRM platforms (e.g., Attentive, Klaviyo) and loyalty program product strategy
