Audit and optimize existing Pendo implementation and in-app guides
Clean up and reorganize the guide architecture and analytics tracking
Establish best practices for guide creation and maintenance
Implement and manage guide analytics to measure effectiveness
Train and support team members on Pendo best practices
Document processes and guidelines for sustainable guide management

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years experience implementing and managing Pendo
Proven experience cleaning up and optimizing existing Pendo implementations
Strong understanding of in-app guide best practices and analytics
Experience with guide segmentation and targeting strategies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Technical background with understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Pendo certification or equivalent product analytics certification
Experience working with enterprise SaaS products
Background in product analytics or digital adoption platforms
Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles
Experience training teams on tool adoption
