Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
3-5 years in HR Project Management and/or HR-related Change Management (retail or supply chain or ecommerce environment preferred)
Experience creating and implementing assessments, stakeholder management plans, change implementation plans, communications materials, project and change scorecards and readiness assessments, and learning materials to support design and delivery.
Experience with HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, and applicant tracking systems.
Plusses:
Knowledge of SAP's SuccessFactors modules
Knowledge of Dayforce and WFM platforms
Certified Project Management certification
