Job Description
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for independently leading complex commercial construction projects within a corporate campus environment, overseeing delivery from early planning through construction closeout. This role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong ownership of scope, budget, schedule, and coordination across internal partners and external vendors.
The PM manages all phases of design and construction, developing project budgets and schedules, mitigating risk, and resolving challenges as they arise. Success in this role depends on the ability to balance technical requirements, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining momentum in a fast-paced setting. The position also plays a role in supporting market growth by strengthening vendor relationships, assisting with pursuit efforts, and identifying new project opportunities through local networks.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Leading large-scale commercial projects from planning through completion
• Building and managing project budgets, schedules, and execution strategies
• Coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Supporting opportunity development and ongoing account growth

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 4–5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Ability to run projects independently from planning through completion
• Experience building and managing project budgets and schedules
Exposure to projects 50K sq. ft. and larger (based on complexity)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting technology-driven or innovation-focused environments
• Exposure to projects involving advanced systems or robotic components
• Experience working in fast-moving, high-growth corporate cultures
Proven ability to influence without authority and navigate competing priorities
