Job Description

We are seeking an innovative, detail oriented and self-driven Vehicle Emissions and OBD Fleet Validation Engineer to join our team in Chino, CA. In this role you will support the validation of engine management and on-board diagnostics systems for pre-production vehicles that undergo extensive mileage accumulation and emissions durability testing, manage day to day emissions and OBD validation for a durability fleet of 3–5 vehicles. Oversee mileage accumulation, ensure data loggers capture accurate data, and deliver monthly reporting. Troubleshoot fleet and data collection issues as needed. Coordinate and support emissions testing every 6–8 weeks, validating results throughout the durability cycle and maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of emissions calibration, emissions testing, or OBD validation experience
• Hands on fleet management or durability testing background (3–5+ vehicles preferred)
• Strong data analysis skills and comfort with internal reporting tools
• Ability to diagnose and resolve vehicle, hardware, or data logging issues
• Automotive engineering or related technical experience
