Job Description
We are looking for a JDA Platform Specialist to support and maintain our JDA environment running on AS/400 (IBM i). This role is technical in nature and focused on backend platform support, system stability, and ongoing enhancements. The individual will play a key role in supporting current operations while contributing to longer-term platform planning and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for the JDA platform running on AS/400 (IBM i)
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application and system issues
• Support backend processes, integrations, and batch jobs
• Maintain and support business logic and system configurations
• Partner with internal teams to support enhancements and system improvements
• Assist with platform stability, optimization, and long-term planning efforts

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Requirements
• Hands-on experience supporting JDA platforms in a technical or backend capacity
• Strong AS/400 (IBM i) experience required
• Experience supporting legacy or on‑prem enterprise systems
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system and data-related issues
• Experience working closely with business and technical stakeholders
Technology / Platform Environment
• JDA Platform
• AS/400 / IBM i
• RPG / CL (as applicable)
• SQL / DB2 on IBM i
• Batch processing and job scheduling
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting supply chain, planning, or merchandising systems within JDA
• Experience modernizing or maintaining legacy enterprise platforms
• Ability to contribute to longer-term platform strategy and future-state discussions
