Director of Product

• Own and evolve product roadmap across core platform, partner integrations, and consumer experiences
• Translate executive vision, market insights, and customer feedback into well-defined product priorities
• Partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, and operations to drive execution
• Lead product discovery, requirements definition, and roadmap planning
• Define success metrics and use data to evaluate product performance and guide decisions
• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform strategy and scalability
• Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to internal teams and executive stakeholders
• Support customer conversations and partner engagements as a product leader and subject-matter expert

• 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products
• Proven experience operating in fast-growth startups or scaling technology companies
• Strong technical fluency, especially in data, AI/ML, or platform-based products
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver production software
• Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
• Ability to make sound product tradeoffs in fast-moving environments
