Job Description

This role has two primary mandates: drive structured requirements documentation across all functional workstreams and produce rigorous solution path evaluations that enable confident build decisions. The role is open to candidates from BA or PM backgrounds — what matters is a proven track record in both disciplines, direct credit card industry experience, and the technical credibility to engage processor partners and internal engineering teams as an informed peer. SMB or commercial card exposure is a strong differentiator.

• Requirements Documentation — Lead discovery sessions across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations; translate outputs into BRDs, functional specs, and user stories with full traceability.
• Maintain a living requirements repository; surface gaps, conflicts, and open questions with a clear resolution path.
• Solution Evaluation — Lead comparative evaluation of shortlisted processor finalists: structured scorecards, capability gap analyses, risk assessments, and commercial model trade-off analysis.
• Produce executive-ready recommendation artifacts to support the final processor selection decision.
• Program Management — Manage the RAID log and weekly status updates; coordinate cross-functional dependencies; serve as the central point of contact for requirements-related questions.
• Own and maintain the SMB Credit Card Discovery Hub (Confluence) as the authoritative artifact repository — RFP responses, decisions log, evaluation frameworks, and meeting notes.
