Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Access Analyst II (AA2) . This role focuses on the Epic Cadence and Prelude modules, with an emphasis on system configuration, access workflows, and appointment management.Responsibilities
Configure and support Epic Cadence and Prelude modules
Build and maintain Cadence system definition components
Support appointment request workflows and queue management
Develop and maintain Decision Trees
Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to align Epic build with access workflows
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization efforts

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of Epic analyst experience
Hands-on experience with:
- Epic Cadence system definition
- Appointment request workflows and/or queue management
- Decision Trees
Epic Certified – Cadence
Epic Certified – Prelude
