Job Description

We are seeking a hands‑on AI Engineer to support Phase 1 of an approved initiative focused on building an internal employee service management agent. This role will play a key part in designing and building a front‑end AI chatbot used by internal IT teams, with planned expansion to HR partners.
The AI Engineer will help build an intelligent service delivery agent that can:
· Answer employee questions using internal articles and multiple data sources
· Route and automate requests
· Create incident tickets or HR cases (e.g., payroll or benefits issues)
This role is in the build phase, where the primary focus is extending and enhancing existing IT service capabilities. Over time, this work is expected to transition into operational support.

Required Skills & Experience

· 1–4 years of hands‑on experience in AI engineering, AI development, or intelligent automation
· Experience designing, building, or extending AI agents or chatbots
· Ability to clearly explain:
o How an agent was built
o Why certain design decisions were made
o The logical flow of the solution
· Experience with no‑code / low‑code platforms, particularly:
o Microsoft Power Platform
o Copilot Studio or similar AI agent tooling
· Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to learn new technologies quickly
o Direct Power Platform experience is helpful but not required if you demonstrate strong AI fundamentals and adaptability
· Experience with later model than GPT 4 (or familiarity)
Comfortable working within U.S. business hours (EST and PST)
