Job Description
We are looking for a Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) Analyst / Developer to support report and dashboard development within the Strategy platform. This individual will partner with senior BI resources and business stakeholders to build, enhance, and maintain reporting solutions that improve data visibility and decision‑making.

Required Skills & Experience
• Hands‑on experience working with Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in BI, analytics, reporting, or data development
• Experience building reports and dashboards in an enterprise BI platform
• Solid understanding of BI concepts such as metrics, attributes, filters, and prompts
Ability to work with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working with Snowflake or other modern data warehouses
• Exposure to Strategy concepts such as schemas, public objects, or enterprise metadata
• MicroStrategy / Strategy certifications
Experience supporting report demos or end‑user walkthroughs
