Job Description
One of our Aerospace clients is looking for a CMM Programmer to join their team in Burbank, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and maintain CMM inspection programs and inspection plans (ZEISS CALYPSO)
- Provide floor support, training, and troubleshooting for inspection processes
- Define inspection methods, tooling, fixtures, gages, and CMM/conventional instrumentation
- Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and problem‑solving teams
- Conduct manufacturing process audits and effectiveness follow‑ups
- Review existing inspection equipment and implement cost‑effective upgrades
- Support validation, documentation, and certification of inspection processes

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7+ years in manufacturing quality, inspection, or CMM programming
- Understanding of GD&T
- Experience troubleshooting inspection and measurement issues
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- ZEISS CALYPSO programming experience
- Bachelors degrree
- PC‑DMIS experience
- Visual Basic and/or InspectionXpert
- Process auditing experience
- Solid modeling experience (ProE, NX/Unigraphics, SolidWorks, or similar)
