Job Description
Day to Day:
• Execute and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and smooth process flow
• Maintain accurate operational data, billing, and financial records aligned to SOPs and KPIs
• Proactively communicate shipment status and resolve issues with customers and partners
• Complete client billing, invoice review, dispute resolution, and file closeout
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and external regulations

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• Proficient in enterprise systems with strong data accuracy (10‑key by touch)
• Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform in a high‑pressure environment
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and partners with leadership to implement solutions
• Strong knowledge of export compliance requirements with flexibility to meet overtime needs
Financial background, whether in schooling or by trade
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
Bachelors degree in finance or a related field
