Job Description
We’re looking for a Copilot Studio / Agentic Application Consultant to design and build intelligent, enterprise-grade AI agents on the Microsoft Power Platform. This role is ideal for someone who is AI‑native, hands‑on, and comfortable operating in regulated or public sector environments.
Design, build, and configure agentic applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents)
Develop solutions across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Integrate Copilot agents with SharePoint Online as a data source and knowledge repository
Design agentic workflows including triggers, actions, memory, grounding data, and tool orchestration
Configure and manage enterprise connectors (ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, etc.)
Extend Copilot Studio using custom code and APIs when out-of-the-box capabilities aren’t enough
Contribute to secure, governed, multi-environment architectures (Dev/Test/Prod)
Document solutions with clear technical specs, runbooks, and deployment guides
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams

Required Skills & Experience
• Deep hands on experience designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience integrating SharePoint Online as a data source, knowledge repository, and connector target.
• Proven ability to design and manage agentic workflows, including triggers, actions, memory, grounding data, and tool orchestration within Copilot Studio.
• Skilled in configuring and managing connectors such as:
o ServiceNow
o Confluence / Atlassian
o Jira
o Salesforce (optional but beneficial)
• Ability to configure custom connectors when required.
• Understanding of data governance considerations in complex or restricted environments (e.g., GCC/GCC Moderate scenarios).
• Ability to write custom code (JavaScript, Python, C#, or TypeScript preferred) to extend Copilot Studio agents when out of the box components are insufficient.
• Experience working with containers (Docker preferred) for hosting custom API endpoints or agent tools.
• Exposure to AWS Bedrock, or other LLM based services, for hybrid AI architectures (not primary, but nice to have).
