Job Description

A large medical device company is looking for a Senior Medical Affairs Evidence Generation Lead specifically supporting their Reprocessing business. They will serve as a scientific and medical affairs leader, responsible for the strategic generation, validation, and dissemination of clinical, preclinical, and bench-top evidence supporting the safe and effective reprocessing of diagnostic catheters. This role sits within Medical Affairs and works cross-functionally with R&D, External Research, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure scientific rigor, regulatory alignment, and credible medical-to-medical engagement with external stakeholders. This individual will translate deep technical and scientific expertise in device reprocessing into compelling, evidence-based narratives that demonstrate product performance, safety, and clinical relevance to clinicians, hospital systems, and scientific audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in reprocessing catheters, including demonstrated leadership of reprocessing initiatives.
3+ years of experience in medical affairs/clinical research within medical devices or life sciences.
3+ years of experience in evidence dissemination
Proven experience leading aspects of reprocessing validation, including testing, data generation, and interpretation.
Strong understanding of clinical, preclinical, and bench-top evidence generation methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to engage in peer-to-peer scientific discussions with cardiologists, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with R&D, Marketing, Promotional, and Commercial teams.
Track record of scientific publications, presentations, and external dissemination.
Excellent presentation skills with experience delivering medical-to-medical data to internal and external audiences.
Master's Degree - 7 years of professional experience
Bachelor's Degree - 10 years of professional experience
