Job Description
Insight Global is looking to add a Service Technician to their client’s team in the Riverside, CA area. This person will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining fire alarm and electronic security systems to ensure they operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. They will support fire alarm, intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance systems. They will perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance, identify system issues or malfunctions, and complete repairs or component replacements as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands on experience with fire alarm, intrusion, access control, and video surveillance systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience documenting maintenance and repair activities (NetSuite is what the company is currently using)
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining communication with internal teams
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally, 25% out of state
