Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Commercial Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategy, margin optimization, and revenue performance. This role partners closely with Pricing, Sales, and Finance teams to deliver data‑driven insights that improve pricing discipline and profitability. This person will:
- Perform margin, profitability, and cost‑to‑serve analysis across products, customers, and segments
- Build and maintain pricing models, tools, and dashboards to support commercial decisions
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess pricing changes
- Monitor price realization and identify margin erosion or revenue leakage
- Support quotes, bids, tenders, and contract renewals with analytical insights
- Analyze discounting behavior and recommend improvements to pricing discipline
- Assist with annual price reviews, list price updates, and market adjustments
- Analyze competitor pricing and monitor market trends
- Support value‑based pricing initiatives
- Provide insights on customer price sensitivity, segmentation, and willingness to pay
- Develop and automate pricing reports and KPIs using Excel and BI tools
- Present insights and recommendations to Pricing Managers and leadership

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of pricing-related experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sophisticated data sets.
- Demonstrable experience in Excel, SQL, data management and data visualization tools (Power BI).
- Adequate understanding of statistical modelling, predictive analytics
- Adequate understanding of using data
- Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with teams from different departments.
- Experience in a healthcare, medical devices setting would be ideal although it is not crucial.
- Able to collaborate and partner with collaborators at different levels of an organization.
- Experience in articulating findings and in engaging with stakeholders (at managerial and director level)
