Job Description
An employer is seekinga hands-on Lead MDM Data Engineer to join their team as remote workers. He or she will be joining a scrum team supporting internal data infrastructure that is responsible for managing and maintaining internal Customer 360 (C360) platform - an internal tool used exclusively by employees. The platform centralizes and unifies internal data, and this team ensures that data is accurate, consistent, and accessible across the organization. He or she will:
- Lead a small team of MDM Data Engineers while also contributing as a hands on MDM Engineer
- Design, develop, and maintain master data management (MDM) solutions using Informatica MDM
- Build and manage data integration pipelines using MuleSoft
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
- Work within an Agile/Scrum framework alongside cross-functional data teams
- Support data workflows across platforms including Salesforce Cloud 360, Snowflake, and Apache Airflow
- Contribute to knowledge graph development and data ontology efforts (Entonum framework)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance
This role will be roughly a 10-month long contract with possible extensions and fully remote.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM as a lead
Proficiency in MuleSoft integration development
Advanced SQL skills — querying, optimization, and data modeling
Experience with Snowflake data warehousing
Familiarity with Apache Airflow for pipeline orchestration
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to work fully remote and collaborate across global time zones
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Salesforce Cloud 360 or similar enterprise data platforms
Knowledge graph or data ontology experience (Entonum or similar)
