Hourly Pay Rate: $29-$35
This is the journey level of the Facilities Maintenance Engineer series. Under the direction of the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, they perform a variety of skilled duties within the city's facilities.

Required Skills & Experience
Knowledge of: Methods, materials, tools, terminology and equipment used in the building maintenance trades including electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, locksmithing and painting
Proper methods of storing equipment, materials and supplies.
Requirements of maintaining facilities and utilities
Operation of a wide variety of hand and power tools
