Job Description
A client in Hayward, CA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work alongside a Senior Project Manager to manager Modernization and New Installation Elevator/Escalator Projects throughout the entire bay area. You will go into the Hayward office/travel throughout the bay area to visit sites. You will eventually be the main PM over either Mod or New Install for this company’s clients throughout the bay area. We are looking for someone who has experience in a Junior PM/Assistant PM or Project Engineer role who is organized, detail oriented and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ months of Project Management/Project Coordination
Experience working in the General Contracting industry (ideally having worked with Elevator vendors)
Excellent written and verbal communication
MS Project and Excel – proficient with these
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Elevator/Escalator industry experience
Bachelors Degree
Salesforce experience
