Job Description
A large insurance client is seeking a full-stack .NET Developer with strong AWS experience to join an Agile engineering team operating within a SAFe framework. This role will focus on building and enhancing scalable, cloud-native applications across the full stack, with an emphasis on backend service development using .NET Core and AWS serverless technologies.
The developer will work within a fast-paced delivery team, contributing to feature development, API design, and system enhancements. This role requires someone who can quickly ramp up, work within an existing codebase, and contribute to sprint delivery with minimal oversight.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of .NET Core (6/8+) / C# backend development
• Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda preferred) – must have deployed code to AWS
• Experience with JavaScript for frontend development and integration
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Strong SQL experience (SQL Server preferred) – queries, scripts, data handling
• Strong unit testing practices (NUnit, xUnit, high coverage)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with AWS CDK / infrastructure-as-code
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows (Jenkins or similar)
• Familiarity with observability tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray)
• Experience with event-driven architecture (EventBridge, API Gateway, etc.)
