Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Junior UX Designer to support a hybrid team in San Diego on a short-term contract with potential to extend. This person will be supporting the UX Design of a personnel management system using Figma. This person should be willing to be onsite in Point Loma two days per week and be able to obtain a secret clearance if needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of professional UX design experience
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum-based environment
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar
- Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Background in medical or financial services where they have been working with protected information
