Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Data Engineer for a leader in the fintech space. We are seeking two highly analytical professionals to support a major migration from a legacy Partner Compensation Management System (PCMS)—built on Salesforce and Excel—to the new Trinity pricing platform. These roles will be instrumental in validating transaction expense data, automating manual calculations, and ensuring accurate partner revenue share payouts.
Advanced Excel proficiency: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and beyond (e.g., sanity checking, acid testing).
SQL scripting: Ability to write and interpret scripts for data validation and analysis.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in pricing, transaction expense, or complex financial environments.
Experience working with legacy systems and supporting platform migrations.
Deep understanding of data treatment and financial validation processes. We can pay $40-55/hour

Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in pricing analytics, financial modeling, or a related field.
Proven track record in handling high-volume financial data and partner compensation.
Experience in system migrations and automation initiatives is a plus.
