Job Description

One of our Technology clients is seeking a Research Operations Manager to build and scale systems that power high‑impact research. This role partners closely with researchers, leadership, and cross‑functional teams to remove friction, ensure compliance, and modernize research operations through strong processes, tooling, and AI enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scale and manage research programs, workflows, and operational systems
- Own research governance, including legal, procurement, and data privacy processes
- Manage the research tooling stack (e.g., UserTesting, dscout, Qualtrics, Sago), budgets, and access
- Build and maintain knowledge management systems for research insights and templates
- Track research capacity, deliverables, and operational metrics
- Create executive‑level decks, templates, and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI
- Support team rituals, workshops, and cross‑org communication

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in research operations, user research, or similar roles
- Strong program and project management skills
- Experience with research tools, governance, and operational workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong slide/deck creation and documentation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in consumer tech or high‑growth environments
- UX research or insights background
- Knowledge of AI, automation, or research enablement programs
