Job Description
- Follow and apply procurement policies and processes, including more complex ones, while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Review and analyze subcontracts using different criteria and business considerations to reach practical, fair solutions.
- Review vendor or supplier contract redlines, negotiate standard changes, and escalate issues to Purchasing leadership or Legal when needed.
Identify contract-related risks and make recommendations based on the type and terms of each subcontract.
- Act as a subject matter expert for subcontracts, serving as a main point of contact between subcontractors, internal teams, Purchasing, and Legal.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve and streamline the subcontract review process.

Required Skills & Experience
- Associates degree
- 5+ years of contract/subcontract administration experience (preferably in the construction industry).
- Significant experience negotiating and administering subcontracts with terms and conditions commonly found in the construction industry.
- Experience developing and writing a variety of contract types, including fixed price and reimbursable contracts.
- Ability to learn and use efficiently various software tools, including Microsoft Suite, G Suite, Bluebeam, and others.

- Bachelor's degree
