Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Executive Assistant to support two Directors overseeing shipboard IT systems for a major cruise line client. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional interested in operations, technology, and project coordination within a dynamic maritime and travel environment.
The role is primarily focused on calendar management, scheduling, meeting support, documentation, and junior-level project coordination and business analysis. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to IT operations that support cruise ships globally.
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain complex calendars for two Directors, including prioritizing meetings across time zones
• Schedule internal and external meetings, coordinating attendees, conference rooms, and virtual links
• Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items and follow-ups, and internal documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for scheduling and logistical coordination
• Attend meetings related to shipboard IT systems, operations, and projects

Required Skills & Experience
○ Current college students would need to be able to work 40 hour work week (3-4 days in person)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with calendars, meetings, and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
Willingness to work in-office 3–4 days per week in Santa Clarita
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Internship or entry-level experience in administrative support, project coordination, or operations
• Exposure to IT, technology, or systems-based teams
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Monday.com)
• Interest in travel, hospitality, or maritime/cruise operations
Experience taking meeting notes or supporting executives
