Job Description

An automotive client of Insight Global is seeking a Payment Resolution (PR) Specialist to support the payment and reconciliation side of a high‑volume billing operation. This role focuses on posting, reconciling, and resolving payments and works in close partnership with an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to ensure accurate end‑to‑end billing.
The team manages thousands of records and is actively scaling out of a highly manual Excel‑based process. You will be responsible for reconciling customer payments against invoices and work orders, investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain accurate payment records.
An hourly rate expectation is $30/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in payment processing, cash application, billing operations, or accounting
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets
• Experience reconciling payments to invoices and work orders
• Experience with Salesforce
• Familiarity working with Treasury and AP teams
Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑volume finance environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Automotive industry experience (preferred, not required)
• SAP
•Exposure to Stripe or other payment platforms
