Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

An automotive client of Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to support high‑volume parts invoicing for third‑party service centers. This role focuses on the invoice and billing side of the finance process and partners closely with a Payment Resolution (PR) Specialist to manage end‑to‑end billing accuracy.
The team is currently operating in a high‑volume, Excel‑heavy environment and is actively working to scale and streamline processes. You will be responsible for generating, reviewing and managing hi-volume AR invoices for parts sold to third-party service centers. You will then track invoice status and outstanding balances, and reach out to end clients that need to pay the invoices. You will partner closely with the PR specialist and treasury team. A strong candidate will have strong skills in Excel and Salesforce.
An hourly pay expectation is $30/hr

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Strong Excel skills (large datasets, reconciliations)
• Experience working with Salesforce
• Comfortable supporting high‑volume invoicing (hundreds of invoices, thousands of records)
Experience partnering cross‑functionally with finance, treasury, or AP teams

Automotive industry experience (preferred, not required)
SAP
Exposure to Stripe or other payment platforms
