THE TEAM
The Marketplace Product team for our client owns the fan-facing experience across web and mobile. This team ensures fans can easily discover, evaluate, and purchase tickets for live events they care about. The group partners closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver reliable and transparent buying experiences at global scale.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Product Manager on the Purchase team, you will own key product capabilities that support ticket pricing and availability across the our clients marketplace.
You will focus on how pricing, fees, and inventory are presented to fans throughout the purchase journey. Your work ensures fans clearly understand what tickets are available, what they include, and what they cost before they buy.
This role emphasizes functional product ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and outcome-driven execution. You will translate business needs into clear product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and guide delivery from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
Your work will directly support our clients' goals around pricing transparency, marketplace consistency, and fan trust across first‑party and partner experiences.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for pricing and availability experiences across the marketplace
Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned to fan experience and business goals
Partner with engineering and design to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support real-time purchasing
Gather and translate business requirements such as pricing rules, fees, taxes, and inventory states into clear product definitions
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure regional and regulatory requirements are met
Drive initiatives focused on pricing transparency and consistent fan-facing experiences
Use data and feedback to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and guide continuous improvement
Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership

Required Skills & Experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3 to 5 years of product management experience in a consumer-facing or marketplace environment
Experience owning complex product workflows involving pricing, commerce, or inventory
Strong ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities
Comfort working closely with engineering without needing to be hands-on technical
Experience working across multiple teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to guide decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
