Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Client Services Representative to support an international company that provides analytical testing services. This person will act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, routing inquiries, coordinating with internal lab teams, and ensuring smooth client onboarding. The position is fully on‑site in Tustin, working from 9:30 am – 6 pm. Key responsibilities include:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns, and information requests.
· Manage client coordination across internal teams, including Quality, Registration, Sales, and multiple sister labs.
· Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
· Triage, assign, and route incoming tickets through Freshdesk (email ticketing system).
· Collaborate with labs and sales teams to ensure accurate routing for specialized testing requests (e.g., Vitamin D testing).
· Support client onboarding, including processing account setup forms and required documentation.
Provide updates on sample status, turnaround times, and “Where are my results?” inquiries.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
Experience responding to client phone and email inquiries.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities; ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience in maintaining or supporting customer satisfaction metrics.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (labs, sales, quality, registration).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

BA Degree
Experience using quality assurance and data to ensure the accuracy of clients
Passion for STEM
