A client in the Bay Area is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead and manage the search for a critical Chief Financial Officer (CFO) opening, with the potential to support additional executive and C‑level leadership hires as organizational needs evolve. This individual will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to senior leadership, driving a comprehensive, high‑touch executive search process within the healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of successfully placing C‑suite and senior leadership roles—particularly CFOs—within healthcare, nonprofit, or healthcare‑adjacent environments.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of executive recruiting experience with a strong focus on C‑suite and senior leadership roles
Demonstrated success placing CFOs and financial executives
Experience recruiting within the healthcare industry (healthcare services, nonprofit healthcare, behavioral health, or related sectors strongly preferred)
Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and boards
Strong consultative, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage sensitive, confidential searches with discretion
Data‑driven approach to recruiting with strong organizational skills
Experience working in fast‑paced, mission‑driven environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Executive search firm or retained search experience
Background recruiting for nonprofit or foundation‑based organizations
Familiarity with financial leadership requirements in regulated healthcare environments
Experience supporting multiple executive searches simultaneously
