Job Description

A Bioscience company is looking for a Donor Qualification Coordinator to join their team.

Job Summary:
You will support donor qualification activities for assigned milk banks by managing donor applications, tracking requirements, and providing responsive donor support. This role works within established SOPs and partners closely with donors and medical providers to help ensure a smooth qualification process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process new donor applications and required forms
- Coordinate blood orders, cooler orders, and final qualification reviews
- Track outstanding qualification items and follow up with donors or medical providers as needed
- Maintain accurate donor records and document activities in internal systems
- Communicate with donors via phone, email, and other channels to answer questions and provide guidance

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ year of experience in healthcare, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent relevant work experience)
- Clear, professional communication skills with donors and medical professionals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Flexibility to work Saturdays as needed
