Job Description

Inspect water system construction projects for compliance with Golden State Water Company standards, plans, and approved materials.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth construction and regulatory compliance.
Manage contract inspectors and ensure all work is properly inspected and documented.
Perform field checks, daily inspection reports, testing observations, and construction documentation.
Compile as‑built drawings and prepare project close‑out packages.
Perform other related duties as assigned under general supervision.

SALARY $75,000-110,000 ANNUALLY

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years related inspection experience or five years water system operation experience
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to effectively work in a MS Windows environment
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and water system maps.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Construction Management certificate/coursework preferred.
• Construction Law coursework preferred.
• Engineering experience/education preferred.
• DDW Grade II Water Distribution certification preferred.
