Job Description
The Workplace Services Manager owns the day‑to‑day operations of the San Francisco hub and serves as the primary point of contact for all facility needs. This role oversees workplace operations, food and beverage programming, vendor management, internal events, and employee experience initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service‑oriented, and comfortable partnering closely with Workplace Experience, IT, Comms & Engagement, and Executive Leadership to deliver an exceptional in‑office experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations, including repairs, maintenance, access control, security, desking, and receiving
Oversee on‑site food, beverage, and snack programs, including inventory, vendors, and equipment issues
Manage vendor relationships (sanitation, maintenance, first aid, plants, food, etc.)
Partner with Engagement and Comms teams to plan and execute monthly internal events
Support reception and security; welcome VIP guests, candidates, and large groups
Manage seating assignments, hot‑desking requests, occupancy reporting, and parking access
Handle mail and package distribution
Manage workplace tickets, forms, and tracking via ServiceNow and Google tools

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience in workplace services, facilities, hospitality, or operations
Proficiency with Google Workspace and ServiceNow
Strong communication, organization, and vendor‑management skills
Experience with event planning and workplace programs
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
On‑site Monday–Friday
