Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· End-to-End Delivery: Lead the transformation and delivery of business capabilities from concept through rollout, with success measured by adoption and sustained use of the delivered outcome.

· Strategy Development: Design a comprehensive E2E business architecture strategy for Procurement aligning with program milestones.

· Integration Mapping: Identify and document critical IT and business integration points between Engineering (PLM/CAD/BOM) and Procurement (Sourcing/ERP/P2P).

· Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from Finance, Manufacturing, NMP, and MP&L to identify dependencies, data silos, and process gaps.

· Target State Definition: Define the "To-Be" state for enterprise procurement architecture, ensuring it supports rapid product innovation and supply chain resilience.

· Roadmap Creation: Deliver a phased implementation roadmap that prioritizes high-value integrations and technology investments.

Required Skills & Experience

· Problem Solving & Ownership: Demonstrated ability to simplify ambiguity, break down complex problems, and drive solutions end-to-end with strong accountability.

· Analytical Rigor & Executive Communication: Skilled at translating complex business and technical requirements into clear, business-focused process/architecture diagrams and executive-ready strategy materials.

· Stakeholder Management & Influence: Excellent communicator with a proven track record of aligning and influencing senior leaders across Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and IT.

· Speed & Agility: Able to operate at pace in real time—rapidly visualizing processes and architectures, turning around deliverables quickly, and leading workshops and working sessions effectively.

· Process Architecture Expertise: Deep proficiency in business process modeling and operating model design.

· Procurement Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle in discrete manufacturing, including Sourcing, Cost Management, Supplier Quality, and Tooling.

· Enterprise Systems Knowledge: Familiar with PLM–ERP integration patterns and procurement platforms, including SAP S/4HANA and suites such as Coupa and Ariba.


Experience Requirements

· 10-15+ years in Business Architecture, Business Transformation, or Strategic Consulting.

· Industry Experience: Prior experience in Automotive, Aerospace, or High-Tech Manufacturing is mandatory.

· Proven Track Record: Must have experience delivering high-stakes architectural strategies on compressed timelines (sprints).

· Integration Focus: Specific experience bridging gaps between Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and MP&L.
