Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager – Quality with a strong telecom and OSP background to support field quality audits and FTTH network lifecycle initiatives. This role is highly hands-on and field-oriented, requiring onsite presence, market travel, and close collaboration with construction, engineering, and quality teams to ensure fiber build standards and network performance are met.
The ideal candidate brings experience in FTTH deployments, field audits, and quality assurance, with the ability to analyze issues, validate build quality, and support continuous improvement across multiple markets.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities
-Perform problem analytics to identify quality trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
-Conduct field audit work to validate construction quality and adherence to standards
-Provide onsite quality audit support across active telecom markets support the full FTTH lifecycle, from build through validation and acceptance Review and assess work related to:
Building and construction quality, Engineering standards, Grouting and restoration work

Required Skills & Experience

Must‑Have Qualifications

-5+ years of experience in telecom programs with a strong focus on FTTH and OSP environments
-Hands-on field quality audit experience supporting fiber construction and network acceptance
-Proven experience supporting the full FTTH lifecycle (build, inspection, validation, acceptance)
Strong working knowledge of:

-OSP construction methods and materials
-Fiber installation standards and best practices
-Restoration, grouting, and site close‑out quality requirements
-Ability to perform and interpret light level checks, OTDR results, and basic fiber performance validation
-Demonstrated experience identifying quality issues, trends, and root causes through field audits and analytics
-Ability to work onsite in active construction environments and travel regularly across assigned markets
-Strong understanding of telecom quality standards, engineering guidelines, and compliance requirements
-Strong documentation skills for audit findings, corrective actions, and quality reporting
-Valid driver’s license and ability to access construction sites safely
